One of the nice things about our pizza truck is that we can cater throughout the winter months. We can wrap the back end in our winter plastic/canvas enclosure. It was cold and snowing last night…we were toasty warm baking piping hot pizza for our clients. We thank them for be so gracious and we had a great time.
