Buffet Party Package Pricing – 3 cooks – 4 hours

New PricingMINIMUM PRICING FOR ANY PARTY WILL BE BASED ON THE DATE, TIMING, GUEST COUNT, MENU, LOGISTICS, SERVICE AND DISTANCE FROM OUR SHOP IN BETHEL, CT. BELOW ARE STARTING PRICE STRUCTURES FOR BASIC PARTIES ON DATES THAT ARE NOT SOUGHT AFTER, POPULAR DATES!

Up to 50 people:

$1,200 Monday-Friday Lunch (Base rate)
$1,300 Friday Dinner & Sunday (Base rate)
$1,400 Saturday (Base rate)

Over 50 people: each added guest is billed at 1% of the party base rate, i.e.:

$12 for each added guest Monday-Friday Lunch
$13 for each added guest Friday Dinner & Sunday
$14 for each added guest Saturday

6.35% CT Sales Tax extra
18% gratuity is suggested, but we leave it up to the discretion of our clients.

Peak season dates generally incur additional minimums – Call for details, adjustments & exceptions.

Wedding parties always require considerable added time in consultation and planning, as such all wedding related parties incur a $100 surcharge.

All pricing subject to change without notice. PRICING WILL NOT CHANGE ONCE A CONTRACT /PROPOSAL IS SENT.

Buffet Party Package Includes:

Pizza: Your choice of any 6 combinations of toppings from our menus or your ideas.

Salad:

  • Fresh seasonal greens and veggies with Spanish Sherry Wine Vinaigrette

OR

  • Caesar Salad – $1 per guest up charge.

 

Drinks: Fresh Brewed Iced Tea and Lemonade.

 

Dessert:

  • Gelato Giuliana – Gelato from New Haven’s first family in Gelato, their flavors include: DAIRY – CHOCOLATE, COCONUT, LA GIULIANA (ESPRESSO,MASCARPONE, CHOCOLATE), VANILLA, NON-DAIRY – BLOOD ORANGE RASPBERRY, LEMON (Does contain milk proteins) Gelato is special ordered for your party in cases of 24 individuals cups. – Please pick 1 flavor per 24 guests (or their abouts).

OR

  • Ghirardelli chocolate brownies

OR

  • Dessert Pizza – $1 per guest up charge – Nutella and fresh berries or fruit in season and S’mores pizza.

 

 

We provide ALL the disposables: Disposable plates, utensils, cups, dessert cups & napkins.

Time Slots: In the height of the season we like to adhere to two time slots per day, roughly 4 hours on site:

Lunch: 11AM – 3PM and Dinner: 6PM to 10PM (inclusive of set-up and clean-up). We can usually make adjustments to this timing, and extend our stay, but it is dependent on market demand for our services on the day of your party.
