Back by popular demand our pizza truck will be featuring our Elvis Special at the Winter Farmers’ Market tomorrow. The Elvis Pizza – BBQ sauce, Cheddar and Mozzarella, slow smoked Pork Shoulder, and Red Onion.
We will be also debuting a new version of our Fruit & Cheese pizza as the Farmers’ Market Special. Fruit & Cheese Special – Butterfield Farmer’s chevre with truffle oil, Gazy Bros Empire apples, pears, caramelized onion, red grapes, and maple syrup drizzle.
Spring is coming! And we will featuring Butterfield Farms Feta on our Greek pizza. The Greek – Fresh Basil Pesto, baby Spinach, Butterfield Farms Feta, fresh Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Red Onion and Sweet Bell Pepper. Finished with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
